This has been running on and off for close to a week now in between other merges. Each safetensor takes 6-12 hours to generate on a 3060 ti using graph_v18.
I have built in a critical feature for massive merges like this: the ability to resume merging from the latest safetensor shard (checkpoint) if the merge is interrupted or loss power.
If it works properly then the next step is to integrate this into other methods as needed, such as karcher, or even globally for all methods.
