Will you be releasing the base model?
In my opinion, base model is way important than an instruct tuned version. Will you be releasing the base model?
It's entirely possible that the base model is still 3.1, but would be good to get this answered
Since they didn't update the knowledge cutoff or the number of tokens (15T+), this may just be additional tuning
